Let's say you brought your faulty computer for repairs, how can you be of help to the tech guy in offering solution to the problem?
That can be done by answering some questions the tech gut might ask you. It helps ease his work and reduces the time it might take to resolve the problem.
Such questions include:
.What is your name
.Where do you live
.Are you the owner
.What happened
.Did you do this or did you do that
.What application were you using before the probem erupted
.What did you download
.Did you plug in an external device
.What external device did you plug in
.Have you changed this part before
.Was it plugged to power-source before the damage
.Has your computer been repaired before
.What was repaired (If it has been repaired before)

If your sense of confidence is a peace to release any such information, why not? Go ahead. But note that you better tel him/her the truth or nener tell at all. Cos any false info you give might lead to complications.
