MY GADGET FELL INTO WATER...

My mobile device (e.g. mobile phone, laptop, mini-laptop) fell into water;  the case might be: water poured on my  computer; the case might be: I forgot my device outside and it rained on it, what should I do?
Firstly, REMOVE the battery or power-source of the device..
Secondly, take it to  a technician.
Why you need to remove the battery or power-source from the device?
Peradventure, water enters the main panel (board) of the device, it breaches the electrical components on the board and this can cause an irrecoverable damage to the  device.
