Whom should I ask; the Salesman or Technician?

A salesman is someone who sales the goods in the stall while a Technician is someone who repairs a faulty device.
Now, let's judge; whom should you ask?
Do you think that the salesman will give exactly what you want or don't you think that the Technician may know better?
Let me tell you little more about these two set of people:
The salesman mostly tries to convince his/her customer to buy his/her goods so that he/she can sale. A technician repairs the device when it gets faulty.
I think the person you should talk to is the tech man. i believe he knows the 'inside-out' of the kind of device you may like to have. He knows the device that will work well for you. So I trust you sought his advice and you will soon be buying the best from the salesman.
Most people who make purchases don't really know what the want. They need someone to convince them on what works well for them.
Don't be afraid to pay the consultation fee (if any) or to give the tech man a little change to help you purchase what may work best for you.
I am not saying you should trust the tech man wholely  for what he believes. I know that some tech guys are not well trained or less informed. So don't make a mistake. Let your spirit lead you.
